Challenge

Dior tasked Hylink to launch its Fall/Winter 2020 collection in China, among the country’s restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic-Hylink used livestreaming to allow Chinese audiences to watch the runway show without having to travel abroad.

Strategy

- In addition to traditional live streaming, we used VR technology to create an immersive experience.
- We invited Dior’s China ambassador, major fashion media, and KOLs to share their impressions and thoughts on their collection to further generate buzz on social media.
- Created the “Dior Backstage” series to introduce the brand’s cosmetic line.
