With a modest budget, the client wanted to host a 200-person event that provided guests with an immersive brand experience. However, the client was not familiar with the preferences of Chinese guests attending a commercial event.

Strategy

Leverage Hylink’s vendor network in L.A and provide a budget plan to optimize the client’s vision. Design multiple stations at the event: baby photo stands, artificial grassfields, and large backdrops to encourage guests to take photos and share on social media. Hylinks connections in China allowed our client to organize the event in a way that our Chinese guests appreciated.
