The Shorty Awards honor the best of social media by recognizing exceptional content created by influencers, brands and organizations on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and more. With a massive ceremony held each year in New York City, an online audience of millions, and award categories that are constantly evolving to recognize new trends in social media, The Shortys are the most prominent and dynamic awards of their kind. This past Tuesday evening, the Hylink Santa Monica office had the pleasure of hosting The Shorty Awards Executive Team, a number of agency and brand executives, and several travel and beauty influencers for a happy hour event.

To prepare for the event, the Hylink team transformed our entire 9th floor into a vibrant happy hour venue.

Once everyone had a chance to enjoy the refreshments, Greg Galant, founder of The Shorty Awards shared a captivating trailer for the upcoming awards show and announced a new category that The Shorty's would be honoring starting in 2020. Humphrey Ho, the managing director of Hylink North America, then shared his insights into creating successful marketing campaigns for social media and reaffirmed Hylink's commitment to constant improvement and "smart thinking" regarding its work in the industry.

Hylink has been a multi-year Shorty winner and we value our partnership with The Shorty Awards Organization. We look forward to collaborating with The Shorty Awards on future events and feel honored to have hosted such a group of talented and innovative individuals at our office.
