Today, our team headed to sunny Indian Wells for the Digital Travel Summit. We were thrilled to be able to incorporate Hylink’s insights this year, with our MD Humphrey Ho speaking on the state of China's outbound travel market in his presentation “Welcoming the Digitally-Savvy Chinese Traveler.”

Humphrey spoke on how western brands can better leverage digital platforms to attract Chinese travelers, elaborating on why it is so important to understand the unique consumption patterns and evolving needs of this complex consumer. Humphrey offered updates on the Chinese traveler profile, shared insights on their preferred activities and experiences, and how brands can target them at all stages of their travel experiences.

Along with Humphrey, three of our account service team members attended the event. As an agency servicing many American DMOs and travel brands, we find so much value in connecting with fellow industry leaders and enthusiasts. ‘Til next year, DTS!
